Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Products

Dil Se provides AI-generated digital content (audio messages and video messages). Due to the nature of digital products and the computational resources involved in generation, all sales are generally final once the content has been generated and delivered to you.

2. When Refunds Are Available

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  • Payment was charged but the content was never generated due to a technical failure on our end
  • The generated output is completely unusable (e.g., no audio, corrupted file)
  • Duplicate payment was made for the same generation

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI output quality (voice cloning accuracy, video lip-sync quality)
  • User error in providing incorrect inputs (wrong script, wrong image, etc.)
  • Change of mind after content has been generated

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@casaa.ai within 7 days of your payment with the following details:

  • Your registered email or phone number
  • Razorpay payment ID or order ID
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. Razorpay may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a generation request before the AI processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible and the standard refund policy applies. There are no subscription plans to cancel at this time — all payments are per-generation.
